Villa Mystique is an open space brand new coastal style three bedroom and 3 full bathroom vacation villa situated in the highly desirable SW Cape Coral. Mystique is centrally located and in close distance to restaurants and shopping. If you enjoy the Florida lifestyle but being in the center of great amenities, you have come to the right place.
This location offers a quick drive to all central locations in Cape Coral. It is about 10 minutes to Matlacha, thirty minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about forty-five minutes to Florida International Airport.
Guests can enjoy all that SW Florida has to offer from the convenience of an immaculate, well designed and very open vacation home.
Mystique House features unique coastal décor; the oversize three bedrooms are fitting for an extended family with two king size beds and one queen size bed.
The Villa can fit up to 6 guests very comfortable with this beautiful layout.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
The interior boasts an open floor plan with plenty of light and spacious seaside decor with a great floor plan and glass front doors that bring in plenty of light when arriving at your vacation paradise. The Villa features a front family room with comfortable chairs and couch that is open to the lanai as well as open to kitchen and dining space. The big screen tv is great for family entertainment or game days. Mystique offers an office with a beautiful garden view if there is need be to work. Mystique offers an additional family room tagged in the back that is cozy and quiet if you like to be removed from the hustle and bustle. All rooms feature Smartv options as well as a TV in the lanai.
Upon entering the home, you have an unobstructed view of the pool area and lanai.
From the large, fully equipped kitchen with its stainless appliances as well as oversized center island, there is plenty of sitting room for conversations which also is open to the dining space. The airy and well light home with its high ceilings offers a cozy and relaxing environment for the entire family with almost all-around views of the beautiful lanai and pool.
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.
The home offers bicycles for trips around the bike friendly neighborhood.

Highlights of the outside include: a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, grilling, lounging, al fresco dining, entertaining, swimming in the heated pool, just relaxing in the jacuzzi or sitting around the fire place and having some great conversation.
The comfortable chairs are great for enjoying morning coffees with the eastern facing view from the pool area. Sunrises are a guarantee for great entertainment. The home has a dock for our guest who would like to rent a boat or bring their own.
