This condo has undergone a through renovating and redecorating with new flooring, light and plumbing fixtures, countertops, tile, etc.!

Enjoy the sugar white sand and crystal clear blue Gulf from this condo at Oceania, on the third floor. This condo has 2000 square feet including 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Two of the bathrooms have double sink vanities.Enjoy your view through full floor to ceiling sliding glass doors, out to the large 40 foot tiled and covered balcony. Also included with this condo is covered parking steps away from the elevator.This condo has a 60" LCD TV and DVD in the living area, with an additional TV and DVD in each bedroom.

Tired of the crowds? You will be conveniently located right in the heart of Destin, yet able to avoid the crowds because of this private gated property and most importantly, you will have an abundance of beach area. Because of the wide area of beach that Oceania is constructed on, you will enjoy Oceania's truly private beach, being one of the largest square foot of beach per unit in Destin and only steps away.
Daily in season beach set up ( One umbrella and two chairs) is provided. Additional set ups are available for a charge.

This property was perfect for a family vacation! The host Pam was so communicative, kind, and responsive.The condo was gorgeous with all the amenities you could expect. The balcony was so large and the perfect space to eat breakfast in the morning and watch the dolphins nearby or to catch the sunset in the evening. The views were incredible and the beach is literally your backyard! The property in general was very clean and quiet and the location was perfect to do any activities or dining around town! Can’t wait to book again!

A lovely place and a lovely beach. We enjoyed it very much. The condo was well maintained and clean. It was also great to be so near the (very speedy!) elevator for move-in and move-out days. A very nice porch. The only thing we missed is that there is no way to open the windows just a bit and hear the sound of the ocean; we missed this. The master bedroom is the only one near the ocean and all the windows are without any ability to open even a crack.

Very good property. Clean and well maintained. Great security. Coded gated facility for both vehicles and walking. Right on the beach with beach attendant for beach accessories. Condo is large with each bedroom having its own bath. Good location with everything needed a short car trip away. We would recommend this property.

Beautiful condo, just as listed! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We loved the open concept with all the windows in the living space. I went with my husband, 3.5 year old, brother and sister-in-law and my mother. We love having 3 bedrooms and 3 separate bathrooms for each family.The location is spot on! We’ve never stayed in that area of Destin and it was so convenient! There is a target right down the street (which is calmer and easier to get to than the wal-mart). Lots of yummy hidden gem restaurants within walking distance (local market and la paz). We all agreed that we will definitely be returning to this condo when we come back if it is available!

This proerty was exactly as advertised.The view was amazing! Condo was super clean even smelled clean when we walked in. Our host, Pam, sent easy check in/out instructions, parking pass, and general info a few days before arrival via email. She was super communicative. What’s great place. Already talking about rebooking for next year. Pat was very accessible for any questions that came up and gave great recommendations for dinners. Also, Christy at the gate was so amazing. Great source of information and always so pleasant. Oceana is blessed the she is the first face you see when you get there. 100% will be back.

I am happy you enjoyed your stay in our Oceania condo. We are sorry the elevator access directly across from our front door was down due to the association renovating all three elevators on each floor. We hope this was not too much of an inconvenience.
