Only 250 metres away is tranquil Clarks Beach - enjoy the sunrises, breath-stopping sunsets, birds, boats, and the occasional other walker.
The fully equipped apartment adjoins a two-storey home with quiet residents. There's no transfer of noise - sound-proofing is excellent and also a firewall between the two parts of the building.
The room with the queen bed has an ensuite. The bigger bedroom, with two king single beds, can access the bathroom and separate toilet from the hall.
