Excellent Family Gathering

Misleading

The photos of this property are gorgeous, however, many of the main features of the property were inoperable. The theatre room - none of the equipment worked and the property manager was unable to assist; pool/jacuzzi - the filter, pumps, heater, and jets were not on, and were not turned on by a maintenence person until the final day of our stay. However, honestly, the worst part of the stay was the that the property was not cleaned before we arrived. There was dried urine on three of the toliets, hair in the drain of the primary bathroom shower, so much so, that the shower drain was clogged and made the water overflow onto the bathroom floor. Because of this, we could not use the shower in the primary bathroom. There was hair on the sheets as well. It was pretty disgusting. There was no toilet paper, paper towels or wash clothes. We had to purchase these items and cleaning supplies. Lastly THREE smoke detecters needed batteries, including the one OVER THE PRIMARY BEDROOM'S BED, so the chirped EVERY 30 seconds during our entire stay. The property manager sent a maintenance person, but he did not have a ladder to reach them. He never came back. Please, save yourself the headache and find another property. Don't be fooled by the photos.
