Quiet and peaceful, surrounded by sheep paddocks, bush and kiwifruit. You can sit on the deck and look over the farm land. Waihi beach is 15 minutes away. Easy commute to Waihi, Waihi Beach, Katikati, Bowen town boating club, Athenree hot-springs, Sapphire springs and only 40 minutes to Tauranga.

The Orchard cafe is within walking distance from the property. Great restaurants and cafes located in Katikati and Waihi beach. Countdown supermarket less then 10 minutes away in Katikati.

This little property is perfect for when you want a quiet weekend away from the noise and busyness of everyday life. Come away feeling refreshed after enjoying time in the country.

The cottage is well equiped and comfortable, clean and peaceful. We loved sitting out on the deck watching the birds. Leona made us welcome with useful edible gifts and was a good communicator. I highly recommended it as a quiet getaway.

What a fantastic place in a quiet rural area. Spacious with a comfortable bed and restful vistas. My only regret is I didn’t factor in more time to sit on the deck and read my book. Leona was an excellent host

We had a fantastic stay with all we needed at hand. The location was good for as with family in Tauranga and wanting to be away at the same time. Close to Waihi Beach where we enjoyed a couple of meals. Only 5 or so mins from Katikati for any shopping needs or the farmers market

Any season getaway
