Right on the beach with a really well landscaped courtyard. The condo was exactly as advertised! If we could recommend anything it would be to replace the sleeper sofa mattress but other than that it was a perfect condo! We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice condo right on the gulf, property management staff were excellent, the complementary beach chairs were a great benefit. Condo was nice. Enhancing the bedroom with black shades would be a nice addition. Enjoyed out stay

I really liked this place . It is an older building but it has been renovated and updated nicely .The building and grounds are kept up very well . If I come to Treasure Island next year South Beach Condo will be my first choice .

This was my 2nd stay at the South Beach Condos. Overall, I was quite satisfied with my unit and my stay. They were having a lot of work done on new landscaping, since I'm sure last year's storms destroyed it.

Great views. Apt had everything needed, office staff onhand where needed. Beach on the doorstep, lots of towels, comfy bed, walking distance to restaurants. Beach chairs and towels available, lots of towels in the apartment. Washer and dryer in the apartment. Was sad to leave.
