Architect designed tri-level beachhouse nestled cosily in quiet location under the spotted gums, beside the safe swimming beach. Just walk down the drive to the waves. Great views of the Bay, islands and beach. Watch out for dolphins or listen to the waves and birds from the big deck. Grab a kayak from downstairs and cross the quiet road for a paddle. The contemporary house has a light and airy 'zen' feel, with large bedrooms and living areas. The beds are luxurious and comfy and the top level master suite has its own private deck and exquisite views. Treetops offers safe outdoor and designated inside spaces for guests to bring well behaved dogs to dog friendly Long Beach, which is just 10 minutes from Batemans Bay township. Walking distance or a 2 minute drive to the start of the Murramarang Coastal Walk. Great location

With gorgeous views and the beach a few metres away we had a great time. We love fishing so it was great to be able to throw in a line whenever we felt like it. The house was truly dog friendly and the dog friendly beach nearby ensured our dog had a great time too. We loved it.

Wonderful and relaxing

Thankyou Colleen for a wonderful break at your home. The house is just lovely, easy to find, lots of space for the family and very clean. Has everything you need. Just a walk across the road to the beach, perfect with kids. Such a pleasant experience of checking in and out. We will back many more times, perfect quick getaway.

Perfection in the tree tops

Our family stayed for a few nights at Tree Tops to get away from it all. From the moment we checked in we began to unwind. Long Bay is so quiet and peaceful you would find it hard not to destress. The sound of the waves crashing gently sends you off to sleep, and the fireplace was heavenly. We'll be back!

Idyllic escape

Treetops was the perfect summer getaway for my family including the dog. Colleen was a great host, easy communication and very accommodating. The house was very private set back amongst the trees. We were constantly absorbing the views and the refreshing seabreeze from the decks. There was enough space for everyone to spread out in the house for quiet time. Kitchen was well-appointed to cook meals as there are no cafes/restaurants nearby - groceries purchased from Batemans Bay. Loved the local pizza truck and burger van that comes by 2 nights a week! We made good use of the kayaks provided in the calm waters of Long Beach. Would definitely stay again.

My family has a long history with Long Beach. For almost 30 years we have watched our children, our friends, and more recently our dogs enjoy the sands, sounds and seas of Long Beach. It brings us great pleasure now to share Long Beach with other folk, so they can enjoy its magic.

Why they chose this property

We love the closeness to BATEMANS BAY, and now also to the Murramarang Coastal Walk. We enjoy the usually calm waters for kayaking and swimming. And we enjoy the natural bush surrounds.

What makes this property unique

Our property has a magical balance of being on the beach but set in a quiet leafy location. You can choose to be 'amongst it' on the beach any time....or retreat with a book to the quiet of the deck or the comfy leather lounge.
