The main floor features a large Living Room with adjoining dining area and a fully stocked kitchen with a laundry. The primary bedroom has a King Size bed (2XL twins with a converter kit), a private full bath and sliders to the main deck. There is also a bedroom with 2 twin beds and a full bath with walk in shower.

The lower level has a bedroom room with two twin beds, comfortable seating and a den with a wireless HDTV. There is an enclosed outdoor shower, an adjacent grilling and dining area overlooking the large, beautifully landscaped yard.

The upper deck has a retractable awning with dining tables, chaise lounges, and rocking chairs. The lower patio offers additional seating and space to relax. The backyard features a flat grassy area that is perfect for lawn games and activities. There are steps to another grassy area close to the marsh for your dogs to play.

Sunset Retreat is conveniently located. There is a Nature Boardwalk at the Bass River Marina less than a quarter mile away with access to waterfront dining at the Summer Shanty and Sundancers. Kayak Rentals, fishing charters and a public boat launch are all nearby. Fish on the Bass River or just down the road on Grand Cove. The closest beaches are less than 2 miles away, Restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries and gift shops are easily accessible by bike or car.

Explore the fabulous and popular beaches (i.e., Mayflower, Corporation, Chapin, Sea Street) and on the Nantucket Sound (i.e., West Dennis Beach, South Village, Glendon Road, Haigis).

Bring your bike or go for a walk and explore the best rated bike trails and walking trails in the area. There is easy access to the Cape Cod Rail Trail that runs from South Yarmouth to Wellfleet. Bike rentals are available close by.

The Cultural Center of Cape Cod is located within one mile It offers year round events that support Visual Arts, Music and Culinary Arts, as well as seasonal activities. During the Summer months there is a Farmer's Market held weekly.
