Sterling Sands 110 is a charming Gulf-front vacation rental that offers a cozy and inviting atmosphere for up to 6 guests. The interior features a rustic and eclectic decor, creating a warm and unique ambiance. Guests will enjoy stunning Gulf views right from the property, and there's a gulf-front pool and hot tub for relaxation and recreation. This rental provides a perfect setting for a memorable beachside getaway in Destin, Florida.

Guest will have to check-in with the on-site office. There is a resort fee of $15.00 plus tax per person to receive access to the property and amenities.

No tents, canopies or personal umbrellas allowed. Personal umbrellas are not allowed on the beach from March 1 – October 31.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
