Thoughtfully designed with the guest in mind, all units at Sterling Sands are beach-front and feature private covered patios. With panoramic views and soft breezes, you will be convinced that your patio was specifically designed for starting and ending the perfect day at the beach. All of the units at Silver Sands are spacious and comfortable and this property’s amenities will not disappoint. Seasonal beach service is provided to enhance your days on the beach and the resort style free-form pool and hot tub overlooking the beach are the perfect place to relax and unwind. Sharpen your grill skills at the community grilling area and dine al fresco at one of the tables on the terrace. Take advantage of the fitness center located right on the property. When it’s time to tear yourself away from the beach, you’ll appreciate Sterling Sands location which is convenient to area attractions like The Track, Big Kahuna’s and HarborWalk Village. A large variety of dining options are nearby as well as several shopping destinations.

Guest will have to check-in with the on-site office. There is a resort fee of $15.00 plus tax per person to receive access to the property and amenities.

No tents, canopies or personal umbrellas allowed. Personal umbrellas are not allowed on the beach from March 1 – October 31.

We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students


Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
