Reely Great on Reel - Brand New Quiet Home minutes from beach

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful beach getaway overlooking farm land, brand new in December 2023!

Keep the holiday vibes while working with a separate office space, two screens and high speed wifi. Enjoy relaxing on the large private covered north facing deck.

When you aren't enjoying the outdoors and beautiful beach, the house has games, books, puzzles and a 75” smart tv.

Walking distance to the beach, Dairy, and Surf Shack cafe.

The home has three generous bedrooms (one King, one Queen, and one room with a bunk and a single bed), sleeping up to 7 people. It features a large family bathroom, plus ensuite off the King room and a generous living space. There is a fully equipped kitchen, scullery and laundry with all the appliances you might need. Enjoy relaxing on the large covered deck. There is a separate office workspace so you can continue your holiday while working, featuring two screens and high speed fibre WIFI.

The home is equipped with washing machine, dryer, air conditioning, heating, dishdrawers, and has a well stocked kitchen with Nespresso.

All linen (apart from beach towels) is provided for your stay. There is a cleaning fee of $80 and linen fee of $80 per stay.

Please note our section is fenced on 3 sides only. Kids are most welcome so long as you note this.

We've designed the home to have a kiwiana retro inspired decor, with a blend of new and retro furnishings. We really look forward to welcoming you!

Parking for 3 vehicles on the driveway and more space on the street.

We live in Hamilton but love Waihi beach. The property is our family beach home. We love hosting people in our house which we think is pretty special!

Why they chose this property

The house has the best of closeness to the beach, shop and cafe, but is in a quiet street with only farm land behind. We are about 20 min walk from the main Wilson Road shops. We love the beach at Waihi and the small village feel.

What makes this property unique

Our home has all the mod cons you might need for a warm, dry comfortable stay, including central air con and heating. All the cleaning and linen are taken care of, just bring your togs and enjoy!
