North of the noise and saturated color of the Quarter is a New Orleans neighborhood that’s perfected the art of living. “Welcome to Mid-City,” read the signs on the neutral ground. And that’s truth in advertising. It’s the kind of place where your auto mechanic invites you to a crawfish boil and a total stranger may buy you a drink at an Irish pub or a cannoli at an Italian bakery. Take the red streetcar line up Canal to the Cemeteries (Mid-City’s dead neighbors are as interesting as the live ones) or bike the new 2.6-mile-long Lafitte Greenway that stretches from Basin Street to Carrollton Avenue and, conveniently, past a po’ boy shop or two – or 17 – with a sno-ball shop and a micro-brewery thrown in for good measure. Buttermilk biscuits. Live music. A bowl of Vietnamese pho. Who wouldn’t want to visit? Eat. Drink. Get up here.

Sleeping arrangements
Three spacious bedrooms each feature a plush king bed, ensuring restful nights for couples, families, or groups. Room-darkening shades, ample clothing storage, and premium linens add to the sense of luxury and privacy. With 2.5 bathrooms, including a bathtub and walk-in shower, everyone has space to refresh and unwind.

Kitchen & dining
The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a Frigidaire refrigerator, electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and all the cooking basics you need. Brew your morning coffee with the drip coffee maker or enjoy a meal at the dining table. Wine glasses, baking sheets, and barbecue utensils are provided for special meals or casual gatherings.

Living & entertainment
Relax in the open living area with a 70" HDTV offering Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, Chromecast, Disney+, HBO Max, Hulu, and Netflix. Fast internet and a dedicated workspace make it easy to stay connected or work remotely. Central air conditioning and heating keep the space comfortable year-round.

Outdoor living
Step outside to a large, fully fenced backyard—perfect for evenings around the fire pit, grilling on the gas BBQ, or playing cornhole. Outdoor furniture invites you to unwind under the city skyline.
