The Kennedy house is just 7 minutes from the Gold Coast International airport. It’s central to both the Gold Coast and the Northern Rivers NSW. A newly built modern home with water access to the tweed river.

You have your own pontoon to fish off. Also a place store your boat, ready to access the river.
The space
This house is an entertaining delight it is a large, private, lockable, light and modern inviting space. It has all the comforts of home, with every extra thing you could possibly need.

The large undercover area overlooks the canal and has relaxing lounges, barbecue, table and chairs.
Side access for small boats to launch into the canal.
Free parking for up to six vehicles on the property, back to back. Your own private entrance and self check in.
Other things to note
We have a Cot, full, High chair and safety gate for the top of the stairs. We welcome young families with a variety of toys, games, books, DVD’s and baby/ toddler dinner ware.

Our Queen size mattress is available for two extra guests.
