About the host
Hosted by Erin Maher

We moved here from Northern Virginia to raise our children in a smaller town, while being close to the ocean. Kure Beach exceeded our expectations and we decided to stay here and build a home where we could raise our family and run our promotional product business together from home. We became interested in buying properties, and have 2 condos in Carolina Beach, along with a cottage in Kure Beach and these are also on VRBO. #470721 and #866560. We could not be more excited about renting our home out this year.
Why they chose this property
We chose this location to be away from the crowds, in a quiet year-round resident non-HOA neighborhood, with views of the Ocean.
What makes this property unique
Parking and access to the beach are some of the most unique attributes of the neighborhood. The convenient store is less than 3 blocks away, and just 2 blocks away is a tennis court, dog park, Kids Park, and a Disc Golf Course. There are several churches, great restaurants and an Arcade at the piear. The Pavilion at the Pier features live music, Farmer's Market, and daily activities. We are located less than 2 miles from Ft.Fisher Ferry, Museum, and NC Aquarium. What more could you ask for?
