These devices do not transmit or record but simply monitor noise levels. Should noise levels exceed 80db for longer than 5 minutes after 10 pm or the total approved guests onsite exceed the booking total we are alerted and will contact the primary guest immediately.

You will receive 1 warning to reduce the noise either via sms or via your booking provider`s messaging.

Guests are required to respond within 30 minutes confirming receipt of the message and that they have addressed the issue and reduced noise.
