This is a great condo that was perfect for our family! The living room is comfortable. The bedrooms are spacious. It is nice location that is close to everything we needed. Owner response was quick. Britney wanted to make sure we were comfortable. The security screen was great for letting the nice cool air in. I would stay here again!

The condo is very comfortable, well appointed,and a 10 minute walk to the center of Prescott. The condo had everything we needed and worked great for our family. It was very spacious and located minutes from the courthouse.

The perfect stay

Our stay in Prescott was complete with this rental! It was just the right amount of space for my family. Having a fully-functioning kitchen was great. The rental was very clean and well maintained. The owner was very responsive and helpful. All of our accommodations were made. We plan to return to stay here with our travels next year.

Beautiful

We stayed a couple of days in Prescott. Beautiful home. Great location. Close to downtown and everything we needed to do. We had everything we needed to make meals. It was perfect! And we really enjoyed our stay. If we didn't need to get back home we would have extended our stay. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area (hopefully next year for State tournament games)!

Wonderful modern condo incredibly clean and fully stocked

This was a last minute stay for our family and we couldn't have been happier with the accommodations. The owners are really great! Every room is incredibly clean. The beds are super comfy as well as the bedding. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you need! It was also convenient having the laundry room directly across from the condo

Lovely Getaway

My family enjoyed our three night stay at the Prescott Getaway. The condo is lovely, clean and comfortable, making us feel right at home. The kitchen is adequately equipped for dining in and the appliances are of good quality. I really appreciated that the beds and pillows were very comfortable...we all slept great! The owner is very responsive and accommodating. It's located minutes from Courthouse Square, but also just a short distance from lakes and other attractions. Very convenient!

Clean, convenient and quiet

The unit was great. Very clean, nicely furnished, quiet, safe and very convenient. We walked downtown many times and it was easy to get on Hwys 69 and 89. There was a laundry on the premises as well. We did put up a room darkening cover over the bedroom window as the people directly behind us left their outside light on at night so despite the blinds it was very light in the room. Highly recommend as a great place to stay!!

Great place to Getaway

The condo was perfect for our weeklong escape to Prescott!! The location is perfect for downtown shopping, restaurants, trips to the lakes and nearby towns. The neighborhood is quiet with no security concerns.The condo space was more than adequate for my wife and I. Everything was very clean, functional, modern and comfortable. We slept well on the wonderful king bed, relaxed on sofas and used the granite bar daily for breakfast, sometimes for lunch. It was our first time in Prescott but when we return, we will try to book the same condo. Thank you for a great week.

Clean, quiet, relaxing

This was our second time staying in one of the units at this property. Our kids love coming here. They have done a great job remodeling and updating these units. They look exactly like the pictures. Nice clean simple design. Very comfortable furniture and just about everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom. The master bedroom is huge and there was still plenty of room to move around even after we set up our portable crib. It’s close to downtown and you can quickly access the highways. We love staying here when we come up for our soccer tournaments because it’s a nice central spot for us. Lisa and Wade are great hosts and we look forward to staying here again.

The perfect place for a PERFECT stay. We loved it!

My husband booked this place as a weekend birthday getaway for us at the last minute. And we struck Gold!!! We fell in love instantly with its modern charm and cozy homely feel. It had all the comforts of home and extra touches that go beyound what you would normally expect. Lisa has thought of everything to make her guests' stay feel warm, inviting and comfortable. We truly didn't want to leave. The bonus is it's tucked away in a neighbourhood that made our morning walks with our dog extra special as we took in the beautiful surrounding area and the historic Mt. Vernon street. This is a gem of a place if you are looking for an affordable accommodation with a small pet that is a best kept secret. Lisa out did herself in her hospitality and beautiful decorated home. Thank you for letting us stay in such a wonderful place. We hope to be back again this year now that we found the perfect place to stay.

Unexpected Coziness

My Husband and I rented this place New Year's Weekend so we can take our family. As we usually always just stay in a hotel in downtown Prescott we were a bit unsure of how staying in a condo would be and how far the condo was from downtown. Very much to our surprise and liking the place was great! Lisa did a fabulous job updating the condo which was modern in style and very cozy. In addition, it was very close to downtown that you can drive or walk on a nice day. Because the place can be accessed by a smart lock on the door it made checking in and out of the place super easy. Finally, my husband and I have traveled a lot and have been upset that sometimes the pictures that are shown are not always accurate; however, that is not the case here. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you are getting. Whenever we are in Prescott again we surely plan on staying here!

Well cared for with great proximity to downtown Prescott!

The proximity to downtown Prescott was perfect! The neighborhood is not fancy, but it was quiet, the condo area well maintained and everyone we met was very friendly! We were able to walk to breakfast or downtown for a stroll easily. The condo is in fantastic condition with many comforts and amenities well thought-out ahead of time in the kitchen, bathroom and even living area. Couch & beds are very comfortable. Though we did not need to seat more than two of us, we loved the option of a full-table (pulled out) should we have needed it! When there was an unfortunate plumbing issue affecting the shower (that let's face it - is just part of life when it comes to homes!) the owners were apologetic and took care of us. We know that things happen and appreciated that they didn't make excuses, but simply apologized and took action. We would definitely visit this spot again - it is as great as the pictures.

Very nice place for weekend getaway

Very comfortable and had everything we needed and more.

Very nice and clean and remodeled . We were pleasantely surprised. The only thing I had to get used to was there is no counter space in the bathroom for a hairdryer, curlers or makeup. Other than that we loved it. Thank you!!
