The property manager manager was very prompt and responding to me and very helpful if there was any issues. Other than a few chips under the coffee table, everything was very clean The problem was it was not set up for 10 people, not enough linens, not enough cooking pots and pans
With those few corrections, I would definitely stay there again

Needs a good cleaning
The house was beautifully designed and our guest contact was very nice and communicative. However the house needs a good deep clean and an exterminator. The housekeeping was very poor. We had ants and roaches out regularly during our stay. The smoke detectors were beeping the whole first night. Overall not the best experience

Potential but missed the mark
We booked this property for a girls weekend getaway for 6 total adults. The property manager Luke was easy to reach and flexible with check in and check out times. The house was bare - lacking basic cleaning supplies such as a dish sponge as well as no hand soap in some bathrooms. All smoke alarms were pulled out of ceiling with wires espoused. Ants and roaches were present inside and outside the house. It is not as walkable as advertised to the beach and is on bay side of Pointe West. If lugging beach equipment it is necessary to rent a golf cart. Basic things seemed overlooked - toilet paper holders falling out of wall and no hooks in bathrooms at all for towels. No hanging storage or dresser in master bedroom. No basic kitchen equipment- such as a potholder for the oven. Have been to Pojnt west over 10 times with rentals and will not return to this property.

We’ve restocked the missing items, including cleaning supplies, hand soap, and kitchen essentials like potholders.-Towel holders and toilet paper holders have been added, and the smoke alarms have been replaced to ensure safety.-We’ve treated the home for pests, both inside and out, to make sure future stays are more comfortable.-Our listing does state the property is 'Located just a short walk from a beautiful section of San Luis Beach, San Luis Beach (0.3 miles)'. Beautiful home- soured by lack of cleanliness and maintenance. No response after providing feedback
1.Trash Disposal: There was not proper trash disposal for the property prior to our arrival. We had to deal with tons of trash baking in the sun from previous renter due to trash not being picked up from property.
2. Spider and Bug Problem on Outdoor Deck: There was a noticeable issue with spiders and bugs on the outdoor deck. A quick scrub, broom and pest control measures should be taken to mitigate this issue. Neighbors didn’t appear to have same issue.
3. Lack of Umbrella on Outdoor Deck/ cleanliness of decks : Currently, there is no umbrella on the outdoor deck, which in addition to the cleanliness hindered us from using the deck. Huge stains all over deck.The windows were not even cleaned to enjoy the view.
4. Master Closet: There is no designated place to hang clothes in the master closet. It would be convenient to have some hooks or rods installed for this purpose.
5.Hooks for Wet Towels: No hooks available to hang wet towels in the bathrooms, which can be inconvenient after using the pool or after bathing.
6. Ants- previous renter left food particles throughout home. There is 500 cleaning fee attached to the property, this should NOT have been an issue.
7. Sheets not changed in one of the bedrooms, stains all over sheets. (Note, we only used 3 rooms)
8. No pans for cooking, only pots
Thank you for the high chair and bathing products! Plenty of bathing and beach towels!
Maintenance and cleanliness took away from this beautiful home.
