It has everything you could need for a weekend away or even a longer stay. This spacious townhouse is located in a quiet calder-sac with a garden and entertainment space which offers a private oasis.

This modern 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom newly renovated townhouse is situated in a quiet calder-sac located in the beachside town of Frankston, Victoria.

As you enter the property you will be greeted with a private turfed front yard and a veggie garden for guests to enjoy. The house is accessible via a keypad which a code will be generated for you on check in.

The house boasts a large, open plan Kitchen, living and dining area equipped with reverse cycle heating and air conditioning which opens up onto a paved private entertainment area. There is a comfortable office space including a desk and printer for those who may need to work from home. The kitchen consists of stainless steel appliences and everything you could need to cook up a storm for your family or friends. Clean up is made easy with an excellent and easy to use dishwasher. There is an 8 seater dining table close to a cosy, warm and aesthetically pleasing gas fire place for you to enjoy. Watch a movie or put your feet up to enjoy your favourite show with a 65 inch TV and comfy couch.with a chase. There is full NETFLIX and FOXTEL available for guests to enjoy.

Downstairs you will find a fully equipped laundry with Bosch washing machine and dryer (washing liquid provided). The laundry is also a converted powder room with a 3rd toilet, wash sink and mirror for guest use. Other amenities include iron and ironing board.

The oversized master bedroom with a KING bed is located on the 1st floor, and has its own private ensuite and walk in robe. There is also a large wall mounted 50 inch TV which you can enjoy from your King bed. The bedroom has reverse cycle heating and air conditioning via a split system unit and a ceiling fan for guests comfort. The ensuite has a large shower, toilet and wash vanity with cupboard and shelves for storage. The walk in robe has lots of hanging space and shelving for storing your belongings whilst you visit and even more storage with two tall boys and bedside tables. Open the sliding door and enjoy the serenity of your own private access to the outdoor entertainment space.
