The house was in a nice neighborhood and the outside appearance was fine. We could not use the garage(locked) and a 25 ft. boat blocked 1/2 the driveway..There were no comfortable chairs in the living room, no lamps anywhere, only ceiling lighting, no pics on walls,no dining room table in dr., limited tv service which was down with internet service for 5 days. The overhead kitchen light went out the first week and I was told to repair it. At my age, not happening.Grille outside was functional but small. Bathrooms were clean and modern; kitchen also clean and redone; excellent fridge. Bedrooms clean and modern but no headboards. Owner was cooperative but in Quebec with no apparent local manager. He did get an electrician to fix a dead electric plug in the wall that resulted from a tripped plug in the garage that I could not access.The area is close to a local golf course and I enjoyed walking the local trail in the Savanna Park. Would not rent this property again.
