Could not imagine asking for a better experience. The property was very clean laid out very well for our group. Plenty of room will definitely be back again.
Fantastic set up. All the amenities you'd expect in this day in age. Quick internet, YoutubeTV, ice makers, filtered water, etc. Plenty of bedding and towels. A
Everything was in working order. The place was clean. Plenty of firewood for us to use. There was an issue with one side of the home's heater fan. A service person came out but was not able to fix it due to being the day before Thanksgiving. It really didn't affect us too much though.
We booked this property for our annual fishing trip. The house and location were great. The owners were responsive and very accommodating. The amenities were also top notch. Id highly recommend this house for anyone looking to book at trip to the White River.
Great property! Even a better location for what we like to do....fish the white river! Great family vacation week. The Outside lanai is first class. Certainly, speaking our language.

Trout fishing trip!
This was our second time staying here and there will definitely be a third. Out of all places I have stayed throughout the years on the White River this place definitely tops them all. It’s very well maintained and furnished. You can spend your time kicking back and relaxing, walk down the deck to the river and fish or the boat ramp is less than a mile away if you are fishing by boat! You will love the huge covered back porch with a fireplace and tv!
The house was perfect. We liked the openness of the living area. The river view was awesome and the outdoor patio and fireplace were great!
However we had trouble with the water getting hot and the heater on one side of the house blew cold air instead of hot when it was upper 20's outside. Otherwise we loved our stay.
House was perfect. Boat ramp nearby. Owner checked in prior to stay and gave fishing tips. He raised question after checkout about a lamp that was damaged. After we shared it was in that condition upon check in, he seems to have accepted that. Would stay here again.
Beautiful both inside and out. Perfect for our family and friends with 2 master suits and the upstairs for the kids/teens. Right on the water made it easy to fish from the bank. Only negative is that there isn’t a ton of pan options for cooking and only one set of plates for 12. This won’t stop us from staying here again, we will just bring paper plates and some of our cooking equipment. Easy access to White Hole boat launch as well which is fantastic. The outdoor area is also a highlight.
River Cabin for Group of Fly Fisherman Just Up From White Hole Access.
The property is absolutely stunning. The location on the river is just downstream of Three Chutes and up from the White Hole boat ramp, on the same side of the river. The property is just awesome in itself. We had a total of 7 grown men staying here, the bunk room was functional; but the beds were a bit too small for male adults. They worked, but given the size of the room there is certainly a better solution. The 3 other bedrooms were perfect. But again, the large common area around the kitchen and living room, and the outside patio steals the show of this property. The biggest con was going through Evolve, I had asked a question about the availability of a blackstone type griddle or a corn hole set for the back patio and never got an answer. It WAS NOT the property owners fault, but this lack of response from properties listed by EVOLVE in the area is what i have come to expect. When we stayed (3/8/25 - 3/11/25) there was a slight issue with the hot water in the house. It was hit or miss, but in order to get hot water at times you had to turn multiple faucets on in the house to trigger the tankless hot water heater to turn on and heat the water. It wasn't a huge issue, other than the first night. We learned that if you wanted to shower you just had to run the water in multiple places for about 10min prior to showering. We did talk to the property manager, she indicated it was a known issue and that they were working on it. it wasn't a big issue for us.

Response from VrboOwner on 19 Mar 2025
From the Owner: "Matt, we appreciate you bringing the water issue to our attention, and we apologize for the inconvenience it caused during your stay. However, we wanted to confirm that it has since been resolved and is no longer a problem. Thanks again."
House and amenities were all great and a perfect place to connect with the family. Only critique would be the fact that I had to clean out the previous months of ash from both outdoor fireplace and charcoal grill. Not a huge deal, but for the price would have expected that to be completed prior to our arrival.
