This island retreat embodies seaside relaxation featuring six large bedrooms accompanied by four well-appointed bathrooms. Leave your car keys at home and easily walk the 350 feet (2-min stroll) to the beach from the screened-in front porch and then reward yourself with a refreshing shower and endless supply of hot water, before preparing your favorite meal in the fully equipped gourmet kitchen.

With ample seating for everyone, relish snacks and chilled beverages while immersing yourself in your preferred entertainment on the expansive 70” Smart TV or continue the festivities in the bonus area beneath the house. Boasting over 1,500 square feet of shade, this screened-in area is dedicated to family enjoyment equipped with a Tiki Bar, fans, swings, ping pong, and ample lounging space brimming with games. The possibilities for fun are endless and let’s not forget everyone’s favorite outdoor firepit for s’mores to extend your family fun well into the evenings under the stars.

Family Tides is a well-deserved retreat for you and your loved ones. Come, take part in vacation bliss, and secure your preferred week before it's too late! Smoking is prohibited. Saturday to Saturday bookings required during prime and peak seasons, with a minimum stay of 3 days in all other seasons. Check-in: 3PM-5PM, Check-out: 10AM.

Family & Friends Retreat

The house was perfect for our friends and family vacation. The setup of the house was exactly what we needed. The lower level hangout area with furniture, bar, ping pong table, fridge, and an outdoor shower, was absolutely amazing. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect house for our vacation. The very quick access to the ocean was even more satisfying with how quickly and easily it was for us to get to the ocean. Five stars
