We sincerely apologise that several aspects of the property did not meet expectations. We provide a starter supply of consumables, including coffee pods, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, firewood, kindling and tea towels, which is intended to cover approximately the first two nights of a stay. We are particularly sorry to hear about the condition of the BBQ, as this should have been cleaned prior to your arrival. We will be following up with our cleaning team regarding this matter, as well as your comments about the fire pit area, cracked glassware, mop and dishwasher condition. We appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve the guest experience.
