Little Studio on the Prairie

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. City studio on a suburban acreage. Easy access to Edmonton, Spruce Grove, and St. Albert. Whether your working or playing, this is the place to wind down just outside the City buzz.
Bed for two, or travel with the kids and take advantage of the futon. Great spot for a City get away or a sports weekend. Cook, work, relax, play. There is a space for it all.
Access to small gym onsite available as well. Little free library, leave a book take a book.
The space
Well maintained small acreage in an estate community, 10km from Edmonton and 5km from Spruce Grove. Garage Suite located in back section of property. Easy access in and out, with parking right next to building.
Clean modern suite with most amenities.
Guest access
Enjoy the suite, and if you need to roam, enjoy our yard and the community path out back. There are play spaces for kids and a fire pit for you to enjoy. Expect others to come join you at the fire, and vice versa.

Take advantage of our small gym on site in the main garage. We just ask that you be respectful of other space.

The carriage house is spotless, private and close to everything!! This is the third time I have rented it and I couldn’t ask for a better place!! If you are looking for a place close to Spruce Grove,Don’t look any further!

Great stay at a perfect carriage house!

The carriage house was extremely clean, well appointed, the bed was super comfortable, towels were absolutely beautiful, and the location itself was so pretty! Everything we needed for a week-long stay in the Spruce Grove area!

What a beautiful space! The location was great, especially when we had our rental car, but we were able to use Uber as well. The space was so beautiful and it was so nice to have a lot of room, we weren’t confined to sitting on a bed like in a hotel. It was so nice to have a kitchenette, the laundry was much appreciated, and I will be thinking about that wonderful water pressure in the shower for a long time! It was so quiet and a lovely property overall

Quiet, Cozy and Clean :).

Super cozy, comfortable and very clean. Worked perfect for just me. The wifi was a little touch and go for my computer when I was working, but other than that everything was great/easy and the location is beautiful. I’d definitely stay again :). Thank you!

A father and a prairie boy, grew up in Manitoba and moved to Alberta nearly 20 years ago. Love woodworking, sports, gardening, and trying new restaurants. I like hosting for the opportunity to meet new people from new places, and to share this beautiful place I call home.

Why they chose this property

This area is quiet, and close to nature. With ample space for myself and my kids to do what we want, what isn't there to love.

What makes this property unique

The property is an acreage with the garage studio almost in a space of it's own. The yard is open with activities for people/kids to enjoy. You can walk off the property onto a trail and enjoy a little walk in peace. The best feature is, you're close to Edmonton, Spruce Grove, and St. Albert, but have all of the benefits of living in rural Alberta just minutes from everything you may need.
