Emerald Hub 1 and 2 sleeps a total of 11 guests comfortably, has a fenced yard for the family pet and two lounge rooms, bathrooms and kitchens so that everyone can enjoy their own space.
Convieniently positioned close to the beautiful Emerald Beach, adjacent Moonee National Park. You and the extended family will enjoy the pristine beaches, and classy local eateries in this friendly seaside hamlet, or explore the many delights and adventures available in the surrounding Coffs Coast.
1. Clean and replace all items to original location before check-out.
2. Sort and place all rubbish in the council bins provided.
3. No parties or events.
4. Respect the property and its guests at all time.
5. Have fun, and relax!
6. 1 pet max unless approved by host.
7. Do not operate the pool pumps, call Ben for help with the pool.
