Cozy gas fireplace with floor to ceiling stacked stone in the living room, sectional sleeper couch with a queen size bed and a flatscreen TV. The private balcony is a great place to enjoy morning coffee. The master bedroom on the first floor offers a King bed with flatscreen TV with en-suite full bathroom tub/walk-in shower. The upstairs level has a spacious loft, with a gorgeous space for a family featuring a King bed, trundle and flatscreen TV, en-suite full bathroom tub/shower and additional separate vanity area.
Walking distance to Canyon Lodge, you are just steps away from the chair lifts at Canyon Lodge that offers full Mountain services. Only 110 yards from Chair 7. Once you park your vehicle in the covered underground parking, you won't need it again! The Austria Hof is located across the street offering dining options with a bar and restaurant menu and one of the best Happy Hours in town!
St. Anton complex offers fantastic amenities and courtyard, a heated pool (Summer only), 2 year-round hot tubs, and BBQ and Picnic tables in Summer. The recreation room has a dry sauna, pool table, kitchen with refrigerator, a large screen TV and sitting area with fireplace. Coin operated Laundry facilities are located in each building. In addition, this unit comes with a dedicated Guest Ski Locker inside the parking garage for use. This unit sleeps a max of 6 and is not pet friendly and is non-smoking. The unit comes with 1 guaranteed covered parking spot in the covered parking garage (garage clearance 68). Additional parking is on a first come basis and must be requested in advance and assigned through the Office. This is an upstairs unit on the second story of the building, and there is no elevator in the building from the garage level.
