Downstairs comprises the living area, full open plan kitchen with modern appliances including gas cooking and dishwasher. The kitchen overlooks the dining area which opens out onto a private courtyard with BBQ perfect for entertaining. Excellent location and very secure! Wonderful, friendly and quiet neighbourhood. High recommended for all traveller combinations. We didn’t have pets but it appeared to be well equipped for furry friends.
Very well presented property and it felt very homely. The bed was very comfortable. Love the pressure of water in shower and nice & hot, loved our stay and would love to come back for better weather
Our stay was peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed the closeness to the city, cycleways and Restaurants.

We had a great family holiday with our 3 children and 2 small dogs. The house is ideally positioned. Near the peaceful river. It has a large two car garage. The dogs were safe and enclosed.
The property had everything we needed for a short weekend away with friends in Newcastle.
The location is lovely being right along the river, with plenty of space to walk and explore the city.
the house had everything we needed in a 3 bedroom property, with ample space for all of our group to feel comfortable. the 2 on site parks in the garage was welcome.
Lovely local cafe 5 mins walk away and the Maryville Tavern had an excellent choise of beer and food
Really enjoyed our stay. Fantastic location.The house is very comfortable with plenty of living space. Also really good to have the beautiful public space along the waterfront just outside the front door. Great to have parking for 2 cars, but need to make guests realise the garage is unsuitable for 2 large cars.The only negatives were we didn't realise before our arrival how cramped the third bedroom with the 2 single beds would be. Also, another dining chair broke while we were staying, which we added to the pile of broken dining chairs in the garage. All these dodgy chairs need replacing.
