Fancy Flamingo is located within walking distance to all the Gulf Shores fun. The Hangout and the famous Pink Pony Pub will provide a night out to remember. If you want to grab some items to remember your time in Gulf Shores, walk to Alvin's Island or Surf Style to grab unique gifts. If you don't feel like wandering around enjoy time at the community pool or walk across to the beach access.

The primary renter must be 25 years of age and present during the duration of the stay. No pets are permitted, and this is a non-smoking property. Parking for up to 4 vehicles under the house is available. There is a camera mounted outside the house to monitor the parking area.

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.
