The apartment was spacious and in a great location. Easy walk to Castro Street and the train allowing easy access to restaurants and San Francisco. We stayed at the apartment for 10 nights and made use of the pool, rooftop terrace, gym and the restaurants right across the street. The only negative was the check in process. It worked out fine but it took multiple phone calls to get the correct information for arrival. The first representative wasn't able to give us check in information. The second representative was extremely helpful and had us set up within minutes. Overall, I would recommend this apartment.

First trying to check into garage was horrendous. The app on the phone never once worked. The apartment was nice, but there was hair and mold in the showers. We did not use them because of this. The listing states it was a twelve minute walk to the amphitheater, it was actually a 15 minute DRIVE! It would have taken an hour to walk.

Nice apartment. Poor communication on how to get into parking area and apartment. Printed instructions very poor and do not include information on how to use the app. A resident in the building was nice enough explain this to us. Check out information needs to be updated to coincide with use of app; for example you don’t have a key so reference to key needs to be removed.

It is very difficult to get in to this property. The paperwork says 24/7 support line was not available for help. The help call came in a day later. A gift basket was offered to compensate, and it never appeared. One of the chairs was unstable and we could not sit on it. The bed was extremely uncomfortable.. I never suggest anybody staying there.
