Island Breeze Cottage - fabulous 2 story home located minutes away from Silverleaves beach, this charming retreat offers the ultimate relaxation experience. With spacious accommodation for up to ten guests, including four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and two living areas, you'll feel right at home.

Enjoy the beautiful garden views from the entertaining deck or grab a coffee from the café and take a stroll to Silverleaves beach or a leisurely walk along the beautiful shoreline to Cowes.

Book now for an unforgettable getaway filled with sun, sand, and serenity!

Turn into the driveway and you will feel at home. Walk through the front door into the cozy lounge room with a slow combustion fire, a split system, comfortable lounge and large smart TV. Downstairs is a country style kitchen and dining area with doors to the entertaining deck and garden, and a relaxing sun room with a lounge, office space and large smart TV. Two master bedrooms are also located downstairs one with a private entrance and garden views. Upstairs are two bedrooms - each containing a queen bed and two single beds (no bunk beds), and a bathroom.

Dogs are welcome - the backyard is fully enclosed and has plenty of space for your pet if you choose to bring your furry friends along for the adventure.

The property has an outdoor shower and a relaxing undercover deck.

Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels. Linen is only supplied for major events.

Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. The property does not accept schoolies bookings. Minimum age of primary renter is 25 years (proof of age may be requested).

Perfect in every way.

We absolutely fell in love with this beautiful home, and had the best time, Anna was easy to communicate with and the house had everything you could need. Perfect location, we enjoyed taking a short walk to the beach, or a quick drive into town. Thank you, hopefully we get to stay again, this place is definitely a favourite.

A beautiful home, that’s very clean, comfortable for the whole family and perfect for bringing our dog along. Just a short walk to the beach and the general store. The owner was a pleasure to deal with. We’ll definitely be back!

We had a really lovely time. The house was clean, spacious and very comfortable. A short stroll to the beach, local French coffee shop and the shops. Was perfect for a winter weekend with the fireplace and games for the kids. Have already booked a summer weekend - thanks.

Amazing property and location

We really enjoyed our stay in Phillip Island which was largely due to the property. The photos are spot on however, it’s even better when you arrive! We got exactly what we signed up for and more! The host was incredibly helpful, accommodating and responsive during the lead up to our stay and beyond.I rate the property as exceptional and we’ll definitely be back. Happy campers, thank you!

Perfect getaway location

This place was perfect for a group of us the house is so welcoming and inviting from the moment we entered the driveway we absolutely loved it In the best location for a walk into the Main Street of cowes for some shopping and a quick wine at the local pub and even the cutest cafe in the next street to walk to for our morning coffee Everything we needed for our weekend was there so we could even cook some meals as well as go out The house was so clean and there’s so much room for everyone and the fireplace was so cosy to sit by Would highly recommend for a group of friends or family
