Enjoy views of the beach and the unbroken shoreline. Great for surfing, relaxing on the beach or long beach walks. Take advantage or local surfing classes and is just a short drive to Middleton shops or the Murray River at Goolwa.

Features include:

* Upstairs large open plan living with dining, kitchen area and balcony with stunning sea views
* Downstairs large open plan living with dining, kitchenette with sink and fridge and lounge area w 46" flat screen TV.
* Master bedroom upstairs with queen size bed, en-suite bathroom, walk in robe and a desk with sea views.
* 2 Bedrooms downstairs, 2 with Queen beds
* Bathroom downstairs with a shower, vanity and w/c
* There are three balcony areas. Downstairs rear balcony for undercover entertaining with sea views, and a front yard facing balcony also great for entertaining on windy days. A third balcony upstairs with ocean views is great for morning coffee or brunch.
* Fenced front yard with a large lawn area.

We recommend that you bring with you everything you need for the enjoyment of your holiday. Mattress protectors, quilts and quilt covers, pillows and pillow cases, bed sheets, pillow cases, towels, bath mats and tea towels are all provided. Please let us know if you wish to provide your own.

Please note the outside children's cubby house is not available for use.

Comfortable home with lovely views two steps from the beach

Very comfortable and clean house, perfect for one or two families. Kitchen well equiped with great cooktop and a big bench top to make life in the living area a lot easier. Lovely partial views to the beach with a very short walk if you want to go for a swim. We had a small problem on arrival with the lock but Andrew was on the phone to us within minutes and we managed to solve it. Overall a great place to stay.
