This Five Star Modern Exuma Estate Home called Exuma Dream'n Villa was featured on HGTV's Bahamas Life. (Season 3, Episode 5). Perfect for Family Vacations, Couples Getaway, or a Romantic Retreat! Stay with us for 4 nights or more, a free day's rental boat is on us! Your own private boat at your own dock!

Oversized oceanfront 2880 square feet Villa with 3 large bedrooms and en suite bathrooms plus half bath. Expansive wrap-around terraces and balconies with 360' views of the turquoise water. One of the few villas with amazing views east to west of Elizabeth Harbor, Stocking Island, Crab Key and the February Point marina. Private Gazebo and dock that can accommodate up to a 30-foot boat. Relax on the verandas with lounge chairs, cook your fresh catch on the gas grill and dine al fresco at the outdoor dining table perfect for outdoor entertaining and soaking in the stunning views. Natural stone tile and wood floors throughout, Exuma Dream'n is professionally and tropically decorated and maintains all of the amenities of a 5-star resort.

The main level includes a fully stocked modern open concept kitchen with all stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, dining room table for 8, and breakfast bar with 3 bar chairs for additional seating. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and serving pieces for cooking and entertaining. The large open dining room and living room have ample seating and include a couch, chairs, and lounge chair with ottoman. Main level also includes a half bath and laundry room with a brand new full-size stand-alone washer/dryer.

Second floor includes two large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. One bedroom has two twin beds that can be pushed together to be used as a King. The second bedroom has a King size bed. Bedrooms include jacuzzi tubs and seamless glass showers.

Top floor features a private, oversized Master's Suite with King size bed and luxurious Master bath. Over-sized hurricane impact sliding doors open to the veranda with breathtaking views. The huge master bath includes a jacuzzi bathtub, double pedestal sinks, shower with high-pressure water fixtures and toilet.

Exuma Dream'n includes central AC, ceiling fans in every room, high-speed internet access, flat-screen TV's and Direct TV, and an added high-pressure water system. February Point includes 2 private Infinity Edge Freshwater Pools with jacuzzi, Fitness Center, Lighted Tennis Courts, 2 private beaches perfect for snorkeling, the Rusty Anchor Waterfront Restaurant and Bar, full-service spa and private marina.

The house was in the perfect location – I can’t begin to say how much we used the dock off the back of the property where all the sea turtle swim around. It was only minutes from the grocery store and the water rental place. Everything was exceptionally clean and a few things. I didn’t know how to use which were user error were quickly resolved by the owner. Would recommend this house to anyone going to Exuma – I think it is one of the nicest on the island!

We had an incredible stay at Exuma Dream'n! This property is perfect from top to bottom. We were a family of 5 (3 teenagers) and had plenty of room to spread out. So many areas to hang out - beautiful balconies/patio/dock area. Beds were comfortable and everything we needed in the kitchen for making breakfast. Centrally located from everything we wanted to do on the island. Lauri was a great host - the info binder was super helpful for restaurant and beach recommendations! Being able to use the pool and beach at February Point was fantastic as well! Would absolutely recommend this home and would stay again! Definitely a huge part of an amazing trip for our familly!

This property is perfect for an Exuma getaway. We had 3 couples, every couple had their own bedroom and private bath. There is a half bath on the main floor which is very convenient. The view of the marina and having a dock is an added bonus. We love Exuma and will stay here again when we visit.

Exuma Dreamin was everything we hoped it would be and more. The house was nice and clean with amazing views from the many porches. We swam with sea turtles and touched starfish right off the dock. The house was steps away from the Rusty Anchor restaurant, pool, and beach. We loved it and hope to return!

Amazing Location with Stunning Views

Exuma is one of our favorite islands to visit. The people are so friendly and the environment is so relaxed. The villa was exceptionally clean and exactly as pictured. We loved to sit on the balconies and drink our morning coffee or sit and have a night cap. We used the dock for our boat rental making it very easy to go to Stocking Island. We will definitely return to Exuma and this Villa.

Never could we have imagined so many ever changing shades of blue as what we saw in the waters at Exuma Photos do not do them justice, you need to see them in person. The house was perfect for our needs. It made turning 50 not so bad. Our day exploring on the boat was by far our favorite day.

Home away from home

Upon arrival check in was very smooth and welcoming. The house was absolutely perfect for our family of four. The views from every level are unmatched. Sitting on the doc with your morning coffee, while turtles swim by below your feet is such a beautiful way to start the day. The House was inviting, clean and well appointed. The hosts and care takers were all very easy and friendly.

We fell in love with the Exumas on a family vacation. The gorgeous turquoise waters drew us in and we felt a sense of peace and relaxation like never before. February Point is an exclusive resort-style community where the children can walk to the two private beaches, swim in the Infinity Edge pools, and explore the beautiful surroundings. As an added bonus, a fitness studio and lighted tennis court are there as well. February Point is located in the heart of George Town within walking distance to the downtown area. There are great restaurants that we can recommend, grocery shopping, boat rentals, banks, gas stations, everything that you need at your fingertips.

February Point holds a special place for us as we both have February birthdays and were married in the month of February. We felt this destination was meant to be! We hope our special find creates as many great memories for you as it has for us. Exuma Dream'n is our little piece of paradise and we want to share it with you.
