Located within the exclusive gated community of Arrowhead Village, this RECENTLY RENOVATED all one level condo on McCoy creek features two spacious bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom. Enjoy any season of the year! For winter: SKI LIFT is literally just steps away! (Click on map link). Ski Arrowhead, Bachelor Gulch and Beaver Creek. Ski locker room down the hall. Enjoy skiing, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, heated swimming pool and very large hot tub. Walk out the back of our building and right up to the lift. Or, we have private Arrowhead shuttle buses available to/from Beaver Creek base if needed. For warmer stays: enjoy our patio located along the tranquil, babbling McCoy creek and fire up the outdoor grill for your favorite foods. Enjoy a walk or bike along the Eagle River just a few minutes from our condo. Take a hike/bike right out the door up the many trails here on Arrowhead and Beaver Creek mountains. Other activities: on-site swimming pool and hot tub, tennis, pickleball, biking, fly fishing, golf (several public courses nearby), etc. Our condo also features a full laundry room, streaming televisions, ceiling fans in all rooms, wifi and fully equipped kitchen. Our building provides underground parking that is heated in the winter.

Arrowhead Village is nestled between the fabulous towns of Avon and Edwards that offer grocery stores, fabulous restaurants/shopping and fun nightlife!

Arrowhead Village features two restaurants: 1) Broken Arrow is open during ski season for breakfast, lunch and apres skiing, and 2) Vista is a beautiful fine dining restaurant with excellent food and one of the most fabulous sunset views.

Great Condo in Arrow Head

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location, pool, hot tub and the condo was very cozy. It could use a new pull-out bed from couch but everything else was fantastic. I would return!

Absolutely stunning location and condo. Would highly recommend. Skiing was outstanding- we had a ton of sun. Pool and hot tub were top notch as well. Check out Pazzo’s for a hometown pizza experience.

Wonderful Ski Vacation!

The property is exactly as advertised. Plenty of room for my family of four. Very quick walk to the Arrow Bahn ski lift (5 mins) which was incredibly convenient! Location is very close to Ritz/Beaver Creek Resort and a short 20 min drive to Vail. I absolutely recommend this for anyone looking for a great ski vacation!

Great place!

Would definitely return. Excellent location, comfy beds, great bathrooms, Rhonda was extremely helpful and quick to reply. Only issue is with the community hot tub--way too many condos share access and it was always packed after skiing...like 25 people in a 12-person hot tub packed :)

Enjoyed our second stay at this property. Really enjoyed the furniture upgrades. Arrived late in the evening and were given the wrong key initially at check in. Once we got it sorted out there were no other issues!

Nice, convenient ski condo

Nice place to stay at beaver creek. Arrowhead was nice, quiet, convenient. Garage parking made access easy. Can walk to ski lift. Is a few hundred feet up some steps. Reasonable price. Great host. Good communication.

Very well maintained condo. Loved how quiet this building was for us. The chair lift was very close and enjoyed this part of the mountain because it seemed way less busy than the main beaver creek lifts. The shuttle was easy to use and to get around. Hot tub was too packed each day to try and use. We definitely plan on coming back here.

Fantastic Condo for bad timing

We arrived at the Edwards condo two days before the mountain closed for coronavirus. We considered leaving ourselves, but had a full kitchen of groceries and decided to stay a while. The owner was wonderful and reached out with empathy and ideas for other activities. We were able to take walks/hikes up the mountain and do some sledding (the owner let us know where we might find a sled to borrow after we couldn't find any in stores). Thanks to the nice TV and strong wifi (and a Roku we brought from home) we watched a lot of Netflix, did a puzzle and played some games from the closet. Because we were in Arrowhead, it was very quiet and we were not worried at all about crowds and transmission. We did drive over to the (empty) base for a walk & to look around. We ended up staying our whole week + an extra night thanks to some beautiful snow at the end of the week and an accommodating owner. This was our first visit to Beaver Creek (have skiied nearly everywhere else in CO) and we are looking forward to coming back sometime (to actually ski!) - and are hoping to return to this condo. It is in a fantastic location steps from a lift, yet feels peaceful. The condo was plenty roomy for our family of 4 (thank you bunk bed!) - even when spending an extra amount of time in it. There are restaurants & stores very nearby in both Edwards and Avon. Highly recommend!

Sweet like honey

Great location with easy access to the slopes. Short walk to dining at Vista. Our bartender Sean was fantastic as well as the rest of the staff. Rhonda was very helpful and I will try to stay there again next time I visit.

This property was great for our family of 4. Beds great, facility great, kitchen great. Garage great for mid size and smaller cars. Very close to the ski lift. If ski in ski out is important check beaver creeks Arrowhead trail status and lift status closely. Manager was nothing short of excellent and helpful

Condo was Wonderful

We enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean and nicely appointed. The kitchen was incredibly stocked for whatever one planned to cook. It was very close to the chair lift so we were able to get out and ski quickly. The condo was comfy for our non-skiing hours.

Clean and Quiet Near Beaver Creek

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay. The condo was one of the cleaner we've experienced in many years of VRBO bookings. The twin over queen bunk bed in the guest room was ideal as it allowed the living room to not be used as a kids' bedroom. Great access to the Arrowhead lift and shuttle to Beaver Creek. Short drive to either Edwards or Avon for meals. Rhonda was an excellent host and responded promptly to any questions we had. Overall we highly recommend this property!

Lovely condo in a cozy mountain community

Very nicely decorated. Everything is like new and works great. Loved the fireplace and Jacuzzi. Very quiet and private with nice view to the brook and trees. Garage and ski lockers are very convenient and ski lift and shuttle stop is just few steps away. Private arrowhead shuttles takes you to Beaver Creek and back and runs every half-hour. Would love to stay here again!
