Beautiful location!! Everything was perfectly as described. Hot tub and pool table were a huge hit. Every morning our family walked out to light house point and went seashell hunting. Perfect family experience!!
All was great. Lighting above hot tub was broken and it made it difficult to use hot tub after sundown. No oven was not a problem but maybe provide a better larger frypan for breakfast prep.

Liked: Check-in, location, listing accuracy
Location is awesome. Beach was beautiful. For us older folks the bed was way too low ( like right on the ground). No oven would have been okey if the toaster oven and microwave were larger and nicer.
We really enjoyed our stay! We liked the availability to be in the shade (under the house) but still be outside. Beach area is great! House is clean and has everything you need. The views from the house are incredible. We saw a dolphin daily & woke up to sea turtle tracks one morning. If we are ever in the area, we will stay again!
If you want isolation and a beach to yourself then this is it! This house was wonderful in that it had a lot of amenities and entertainment since we were not near any cities/towns. There is a restaurant about 15 min away that was a great break as well. We visited the local marine aquarium too and overall had a great time. Lots of nature and fun here!
Quaint community. Very quiet and relaxing. Beach wasn’t crowded at all. Not many restaurants close, so be ready to travel 15-20 minutes to eat. The pizza place in town was yummy. I would stay again.
We don’t enjoy busy beaches or tourist traps - this place was PERFECT for us! The property is, in my opinion, in the best spot on that stretch of beach. We walked all the way up and around the point and I wouldn’t have picked a different location. The house was immaculate, spacious, and we loved it! The host was friendly and helpful and we will for sure be back! The only thing that might be helpful to know if you visit with kids and want to look for crabs at night is to make sure you bring a red light as the sea turtle patrol doesn’t want you using regular flashlights. We appreciate there efforts in protecting Sea Turtles (and loved seeing all the nests!) so it wasn’t a big deal.

Peaceful beach stay with Dolphins as neighbors
Staying here was exactly what we needed. The weather was windy and chilly, but the house was warm and comfortable. We enjoyed playing pool and spotting dolphins in the background. We saw dolphins come right up to within 2 feet of the shore, others swim back and forth 10 feet off shore. GREAT for pictures. The Windows in the living area create a wonderful panoramic view of the beach. There are three decks to hang out on. With the weather, we never got a chance to use the firepit, but did enjoy the hot tub. The family pictures we got of the kids playing pool with the beach in the background as well as the shots of the sunset on the deck are priceless. Two things to take note: --The main beds are lower to the ground than I'm used to but were nice.--There is no oven, but there is a large toaster oven that worked well. Plan ahead. That being said we found several good restaurants and cooked several meals with no problem. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.

Beautiful Home on Gorgeous Beach!
We stayed here for four nights during Thanksgiving week. The location is remote, which we loved. The sand is white and clean. Lots of marine life including sharks, dolphins, birds, fish--we saw these daily. There were a few issues (e.g. the hot tub was not working) that we wish had been communicated more than four days before our trip, but the owners did compensate us for missing amenity. The kitchen is well equipped. We knew about the it not having an oven ahead of time and planned our meals accordingly. It would have been nice to have some beach chairs to use on the ground floor area (everything had been removed due to some work being completed from the hurricane the month before-this was not communicate to us ahead of time so we had to ask for the firepit to be put back so we could use it). The house is beautifully decorated, very clean, light and bright. It should be noted that the two main beds about a foot off the floor. They are not on a traditional bed frame. This was a little awkward sleeping so close to the floor and the box(?) the mattress is placed on is noisy. We don't have any mobility issues, but it's something to consider if you do. All in all, I really liked the location, the windows facing the beach and the cleanliness of the home. It was easy checking in and out.
