The park is exceptionally well maintained, a pleasure to walk the dog there and to admire the grounds from the lovely patio. The condo is cosy but would benefit from replacing some of the fogged up windows. It is well supplied and a joy to live there

Everything was fine except there was insufficient paper supplies which were promptly delivered. However, requests for some needed repairs and insect control were not attended to. Our biggest disappointment was in the pre-arrival cleaning. In fact, we hired a cleaning service ourselves.

Palm Desert Condo

Parts of the condo were not very clean when we arrived. Dirty behind oven, fridge, baseboards. Very limited on cleaning supplies and cooking dishes. Grill dirty and empty of propane. Positives, the overall condo was nice with comfortable beds, nice tv's and a great location to the pool. Property manager was always helpful!

DO NOT RENT!

I wrote a review telling our experiences on Evolve (the booking agency) and have yet to have it posted to warn others of false representation.The past guests expressed the same concerns about how dirty the home was.The handling of our concerns was disappointing and inconsiderate of our stay.Hopefully VRBO discontinues advertising this home.Better business bureau is looking into this matter.

From the Owner:"Hi Lila, we take it seriously when guests let us know that we missed the mark, and after sending your feedback to the homeowner, they’d like to share the following:- When the washing machine stopped working during your stay, the maintenance team had it repaired quickly and offered professional laundry service in the meantime. It was only out of service for a couple of days.- The cleaning and maintenance teams work hard to keep the condo in great shape and remain on call to respond to any guest's needs during their stay.- Many guests have enjoyed their time at this condo, and we're committed to providing a clean and comfortable space for every visit.Thanks for taking the time to leave your review.
