There are six bedrooms including two bedrooms on the first floor, one being a primary suite. Not far from Dowses Beach and all Osterville village has to offer. ** Subject to all applicable taxes and fees. Dock has approval for a 29 foot boat with a 4 foot draft Dock has a float.
