Located in Casa del Mar Phase II of the Cabo Real development, Tortuga 203 is a beautiful, artistically decorated, beachfront two-bedroom condo with free WiFi and breathtaking views from a second story balcony.

The Master Bedroom has a Queen size bed with sliding glass doors that open onto a balcony with a sweeping ocean view and an ensuite bathroom with glass block shower. The Second Bedroom has two twin beds with a view of the palm trees and is next to a full guest bathroom. In addition if you have young children we provide extra bedding in the form of two twin size futons. The bedrooms each have a Smart TV with Roku boxes. The bedrooms and living room have individual fans and AC.

The living room features a comfortable seating area and is equipped with a large TV with Roku TV

The full size kitchen includes a refrigerator, 4-burner stove with large oven, microwave, toaster oven, coffeemaker, juicer, mixer and blender and is fully equipped with dishes, silverware, and cooking utensils and a full range of condiments. A separate laundry room has a stacked washer/dryer with washing supplies included.

All linens, bath towels and beach towels are provided. Housekeeping is scheduled for once a week and is available for additional days upon request.

The condo is decorated with a combination of old style Mexican charm and our personal contemporary art collection.

A round glass top dining table seats six and an additional front dining area features an oblong table with seating for six with sliding glass doors that let the ocean breeze in and provide a spectacular beach view.

The outdoor deck includes a five-burner Barbecue and seating for four.

The Tortuga building has a newly constructed elevator, and a semi-private pool directly in front. There is ample free parking.

A few steps away is the main Phase II pool which includes a kiddies pool, a hot tub, a large palapa with an ice machine, sink and bathrooms. All guests are invited to attend the 8:15 a.m. free water aerobics class M-SAT. A large firepit invites you and other guests to sit around in the evening.

The gated, secure Casa del Mar complex, is the Jewel of Los Cabos; the only low density privately owned condo development on the Corridor. Phase II features four swimming pools, grass tennis courts, direct access to the beach and lush tropical landscaping. English speaking Homeowners Administrators are on site and Security Guards are available 24/7. Friendly neighbors are willing to answer your questions and make you feel at home.
