This light-filled, sunny beach house is a short, flat walk from beautiful Langs Beach. Set one row of houses back from the beach with a large sunny wrap-around deck, it is a great spot to relax and base yourself for your next beach holiday.
The 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house, has a large open plan living/dining/kitchen which flows out onto the large deck. The house is set on predominantly 2 levels with bedrooms and bathrooms on both, and several of the decks afford views out to the water. It is an older house but has been well looked after and provides comfortable living with all the basics you need for a family holiday.
On the deck there is a family sized Weber for al fresco cooking, so after a day at the beach, stroll back to the house and relax on the deck while cranking up the BBQ with a cold drink in hand. Once the sun has gone down, it is a perfect time to catch up on the latest sport or watch a movie taking advantage of the Sky TV package on offer. There is also Wifi available for your work or entertainment needs.
There is plenty of parking for cars and a boat, and although Langs Beach is beach launching only (tractor required), Marsden Cove with a double boat ramp is only 25-30 minutes away.
This is truly the perfect place to relax and enjoy the magic of Langs beach under two hours from Auckland. Great for 1-2 families or mature couples.
LINEN OPTIONS: To keep your holiday more affordable, for this property we offer linen as an optional extra for guests who prefer to bring their own. If you choose to bring your own linen, you will need to supply top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, towels and bath mats. Pillows, Duvets and Duvet covers will be provided.
Alternatively, a rental linen package is available for $25 per person. To request this service, please add a note to your booking specifying the number of people requiring linen and which beds you would like prepared.
BOOKING PAYMENT: Although your credit card details are taken during the booking process, we won't automatically charge your credit card. Once your booking is approved we will send you a payment email with a choice of credit card payment (a 3% surcharge applies) or bank transfer (no charges).
