Thank you for the kind words! We’re so glad you loved the space and found the location convenient for exploring Williams and the Grand Canyon. It’s great to hear the home worked well for your group, and we’d be happy to host you again anytime.
House was as pictured. Beds were very comfortable. It’s on a quiet street with no traffic noise. We were able to walk to get dinner and ice cream. We even walked to the train station. Door was a little tricky to open, but once we figured it out, it was fine. Lots of room for our family of 5!
The house was clean and comfortable. We loved the close proximity to Route 66. We spent most of our time at the Grand Canyon, which was about an hour away. The drive was really nice. Very good communication with the owner too.
Cozy clean place . Great commutation with host.. and perfect walking to town

Perfect place to stay!
We had a wonderful stay in this home. It had everything we needed and it was in a perfect location, both in town and for the places we wanted to visit. We walked to restaurants in town and the grocery store. We had easy drives to the Grand Canyon and Sedona. The house was very clean. We would love to stay again!

Please feel free to reach out directly, and we’d be thrilled to welcome you back for a 5-star experience! Best, Tony."
Cute house, the bunk room was perfect for the three teenagers with us. Close to all the shops on Route 66. It was great and we would stay again. Only thing that could have made it better would be more upkeep outside for options to sit out in the cool evenings and better flooring in the bedrooms. But if we come back this way we would stay again!

Thanks so much for the kind words! We’re thrilled the house—and especially the bunk room—was a hit with your group. Your feedback was appreciated, and we wanted to share that since your stay we've added brand-new carpet in the bedrooms. If you find yourselves back on Route 66, we’d love to host you again!
We had a great stay in Williams while we visited the Grand Canyon. The property was clean and the beds were very good. There were seven of us, four adults and three youth ages 12 to 19. The kitchen was well stocked and there was a Keurig and a coffee maker. We had no trouble with the Internet or the TV, and the couches were very comfy. If I ever came back, I would definitely stay here. The town of Williams is very cute and enjoyable to wander around.

Great location and perfect for people with pet allergies
We had a great stay - it was so nice to be able to spread out. Everything was thoughtfully provided for our stay - laundry soap, coffee bar, even recycled/reusable plastic containers - which saved us from having to buy more. Plenty of towels and bedding too. And the location - maybe a half mile from Route 66, and a nice grocery store just down the road. One of the key things for us is that this property was not pet friendly because of my father's allergies and severe asthma. This can be hard to come across, and is so appreciated!

The okayest stay ever…
Looks amazing in the photos. The location is great for the historic Route 66 shops. The use of gym mat squares in place of carpet or tile in the bedrooms was horrible. Tripping on tiles in the middle of the night was an experience. It was the most expensive stay for our trip and not the best.

From the owner: Jason,Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re thrilled to hear you found the property visually appealing and enjoyed the prime location near the historic Route 66 shops. We’re truly sorry to learn about your experience with the bedroom flooring. The gym mat squares were chosen for durability and easy maintenance, but we understand they didn’t meet your expectations and created an inconvenience, especially at night. We’re actively exploring alternative flooring options to ensure a safer and more comfortable stay for future guests. We also regret that the value of your stay didn’t match your expectations. We strive to provide a great experience and would love the opportunity to make things right. Please feel free to reach out directly if you’d like to discuss further. We hope to welcome you back in the future for a much-improved experience!Best regards,Tony
This is a beautiful property and so nicely decorated! We had all the supplies we needed and even unexpected ones such as coffee and tea, paper plates and plastic utensils in addition to all the kitchen supplies you might need! There was plenty of space and the king sized bed was extremely comfortable. TV was easy to use and the sectional sofa was perfect. We loved the southwestern decor- it was wonderful and so much more than expected. The town of Williams has great shops and eateries. It was so much fun to explore. The location was an easy drive to the Grand Canyon and Sedona. Beautiful drives! Thanks for a wonderful spot for our vacation!

Thanks so much for the thoughtful review! It means a lot to know the place exceeded your expectations. We loved hosting you and hope your travels bring you back this way again.
Very nice and clean propertyPerfect location, short walking distance to everything in WilliamsMissing a shampoo, hair conditioner and body wash in the bathrooms was a bit surprising though, since everyone else is providing it as a necessity Other then that we enjoyed our stay in this property and the local attractions too
The home was perfect and had all the amenities we needed for a wonderful stay. The transaction was incredibly easy and there was a clear list of instructions for when we leave. It was perfect. Th Grand Canyon was not an hour away, bearazona and the deer farm are right around the corner. If you’re up for the drive, antelope canyon is a couple hours away. Really great stay!
