10 minutes to town or a quick walk down to the lake.
Spend time in the court yard on the bbq or walking along the lake front.
Fantastic mountain biking, hiking, swimming and fishing.
You will have use of the front half of this property with a private front court yard, with parking in front of the house for 1 vehicle.
Please note: owner living at the back half of the property so please keep the driveway clear.
