Homely older style family Bach has everything you need for a great family holiday in Taupo. The property offers a spacious back section, perfect for backyard cricket. Free Wi-Fi, plus a Heatpump and fire to keep you cosy in winter. Only a short walk to Lake Taupo and the local shopping center what more could you ask for.

Please note - this is an older-style family bach, so if you're happy to have casual, retro surroundings then this will be a great property for you! It has everything you require for a great trip away as a group or family.

There is also a tenant in the downstairs section of this property - so there will on occasion be a vehicle there when you arrive - don't panic! Just remember to respect each other please.

NOTE: Under Kiwi Bach tradition you are expected to: Bring your own linen (towels/sheets/tea towels) or use our hire service. If you wish to add the linen hire of $17.25 per person, please select this option when booking or let us know in the comments section.

When making a booking request please include information on the age range of the guests intending to stay and your plans for while you are in Taupō.

We have a strict no large group or parties policy, disruption to the neighbours will not be tolerated. If we are notified of parties or illegal activity you will be evicted.

You will be required to complete a check in form prior to arrival (excluding identity verified, Airbnb accounts) which will include a copy of your ID and the details of all guests intending to stay at the property. Failure to complete this form will result in the booking being cancelled.

The guest named on the booking is responsible for the property for the duration of the stay and must take all reasonable care of the house. For breakages or damages be aware that you will be charged for the repair or replacement plus a 10% handling fee. It's your responsibility to familiarise yourself with potential hazards or situations during the stay and take appropriate care or actions if needed.

All properties must be left reasonably clean and tidy, ensuring all furniture and appliances are returned to where they were. A general service clean is included, but if the property requires extra cleaning, you could be charged an additional $50.00 per hour, this includes BBQ’s, excess rubbish, soiled linen and odour removal.

All bookings are accepted on the basis that you have read, understand, and agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions and House Rules.
