It was a great spot to stay in Minneapolis! The unit was clean and spacious. It was close to where our son lives, so it was very convenient. Would stay here again!
Other than some problems getting into the building and apartment when we arrived, the place was clean and conveniently located. The property managers were qick to respond
Room was clean enough but not immaculate, hair dryer died, dishwasher was not secured, overall good, safe and nice building, close to some lovely areas, would still stay here again for the price.
Host was so responsive in such a timely manner. Very appreciative of them for their efforts in accommodating to my needs each time something came up. The gym here has a pretty wide range of machines compared to any other apartment gyms I’ve been in. The apartment is spacious and clean. There are a little bit of scruffs on the flooring and some of the appliances are a little older but they all work just fine. They had a good range of pots for cooking and in decent condition! My only issue here is the parking where we have to pay a daily rate. There is a walkable parking lot (3-5min walk depending on how quickly you walk) that is provided during their check-in instructions, which is more cost effective than the one right next to the apartment. There may sometimes be an event that changes the daily rate to 15 flat for 10 hours, but if you were to park there past 10 hours, the rates will readjust to its normal rate and will be applied to your total cost for parking. Be careful on days where there is event parking! Unless you have a monthly or a reloadable parking pass, you will end up paying the event rate of 15 plus their daily rate! Schedule your days accordingly! They also have meter parking for up to 4 hours on the sides of the apartment.Location is near a lot of restaurants and farmers market that is open on Saturdays during the winter from 8-1 PM! Overall it was as cozy as it says!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Mill District. There are so many things to do and restaurants to try all within walking distance. We are both 70 years old and felt perfectly safe on foot; even at night.
Our unit was a bit worn, but spotless and had everything we needed. Our only complaint is the furniture. The bed was squeaky and the mattress was very thin. The couch and side chair were both uncomfortable to sit in for very long. After a long day of sight seeing it would have been nice to have some comfortable seating (70 year old speaking here).
Having said all that, we would definitely stay there again. We just loved it.
Good location, nice apartment complex close to food, museum, Guthrie Theater. Easy to work with property management. Reasonable priced. However, pool was closed the whole week I as there. Uncomfortable sofa, very squeaky bed, air conditioning blows directly onto bed all night. Halls smelled like cooking most of the time. Lobby often smelled of marijuana, although I never saw anyone smoking and all the neighbors I met were lovely. Do not park in the ramp across the street; use the municipal one close by as instructed.
