Mike and Margie fell in love with this house and spent much of 2023 renovating and furnishing it and making it there dream home in the Desert. Living and working on Vancouver Island in Canada, they love the sun and heat and endless activities their new piece of the Paradise Valley brings and love sharing their home with others when they aren't in Phoenix. Experienced owners, they loved hosting their last vacation home in Maui for 7 years and are excited to share this one!

Blue Sky Bungalow is in one of the most livable and desirable neighborhoods in Arizona, where prestigious Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, and North East Phoenix's Shea neighborhood converge at the base of the Mountain Preserve. Everything you need is within 5-10 minutes and everything you could possibly want within 15 minutes!
