CozySuites is proud to bring you our new 1BR condo in SoCo. At the heart of the action in South Congress, we are next to awesome Austin-Authentic restaurants, bars, galleries, and shops! When you are done exploring Austin, come take a dip in our multiple pools and hang out with friends under the stars! Inside each condo you will have the comforts of home you deserve, with a fully equipped kitchen, well decorated interiors, a smart TV, and complimentary coffee!

The Space:
This cozy apartment is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay.

Great amenities:
- Fully equipped kitchen
- Queen sized bed and queen sized futon
- Complimentary Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN+, where available.
- Complimentary coffee
- Fitness Center
- Pool access where allowed by season and weather, typically Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Bedroom 1: 1 queen bed
Living/Common Area: 1 sofa bed

Guest Access:
Guest has access to entire apartment and all of the building amenities.

The Neighborhood:
South Congress Apartments is located in Austin. Moody Theater and Paramount Theater are cultural highlights, and travelers looking to shop may want to visit South Congress Avenue and Sixth Street. Check out an event or a game at Frank Erwin Center, and consider making time for Barton Springs Pool, a top attraction not to be missed.

Getting Around:
Ideally located close to different attractions, there are different options getting around the area:

- Plaza Saltillo Station - 14 min drive
- Austin Station - 15 min drive
- Austin-Bergstrom Intl. Airport (AUS) - 11 min drive

Other Things to Note:
Please know that all CozySuites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500.

No weapons or firearms allowed of any sort. Violators will be reported to police and the contract will be immediately terminated.

To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you WILL be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.

Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be:
1. 22 years old for out of town guests
2. 25 years old for local guests


No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.

Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.

Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.
