Beautiful space for small families and a couple friends. Accessible to major parts of City Centre (downtown areas, Granville Island, and Stanley Park). We went during a weekend where Vancouver was pretty hot, so the space ended being on the warmer side since there was no central AC (only portable). But nonetheless, I couldn’t recommend this listing more!

Great spot in gastown

My cousins were coming from Italy and stayed in the apartment for 10 days. I already knew the building and the area as I live myself in Gastown - this is really a great spot, and the apartment was really nicely arranged, clean, everything went smoothly!

The apartment was exactly as described and perfect for our stay. Check in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped. William had left plenty of coffee, bottled water and snacks to keep us going. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were good! The location next to Gastown was perfect and there was a nice supermarket and coffee shop nearby. Overall a fantastic apartment and I would definitely recommend it to others.

Epic stay

Dropped into yvr a few days before our cruise to see the sites. Property is located in the middle of everything you want to do. William has excellent communication skills and kept us informed of just what we needed to do and when. Any questions were immediately answered. We’ve rented before where we were left in the lurch but not here. Property was just as described, highly recommended.

Solid stay with a few suggestions

The unit is clean and cute. Overall it was a good stay. There are only a few minor adjustments suggested. The kitchen didn’t have any larger bowls like mixing bowls nor did it have cups to drink out of. It did have mugs and wine glasses and it had small serving bowls. There were treats and water bottles in the unit which were so nice. The other thing was the listing says top floor penthouse unit but we were one floor down and did not have access to the top floor. The pictures show a hot tub, game room, pool table and ping pong. We did not see instructions how to access those areas nor did we see instructions on how to access the gym. We had a nice time without but were expecting to enjoy those amenities.

We appreciate your suggestion about adding larger bowls and cups, and we will look into adding more bowls and plates to the kitchen to better accommodate our guests’ needs. To clarify, our unit is indeed on the top floor, which is the highest living floor of the building. The 42nd floor, which you saw in the pictures, houses the amenities such as the hot tub, game room, pool table, and ping pong table. However, due to strata regulations, these amenities are only available to building tenants and owners. This is why we did not list them as part of our amenities, and we apologize for any confusion this may have caused. Thank you again for your suggestions and understanding. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future.
