Overall very happy with the apartment. Furnishings are a little tired but as they allow pets that seems reasonable. Comfortable bed, good shower, well equipped kitchenette. Quiet location easy to access everything.
4th location on our trip to BC. Would recommend Chinook. Uncomplicated and comfortable. Great hosts. Good location No fuss. Enjoyed eating at 50thbarand tapas. Would recommend
We loved our location and stay in Cambell River. Great location for visiting the Quinsam River and other hiking areas. Melanie was very helpful in giving us ideas for local places to visit and things to do. Wonderful stay!

Hosts were very welcoming and easily available. Cosy yet spacious place in a quiet neighbourhood. Quick drive to town and close to several fishing spots and Elk falls park. Would stay here again.
the owner was so friendly, the place was so cute and clean and felt like a home away from home with perfect proxemics to everything campbell river has to offer! i will definitely keep them in mind if i come back up this way ☺️
Chinook Cottage was cute and functional with enough space for the 2 of us. The bed was very comfortable. The furniture was getting a bit tired in the living area and the kitchen could use a bit of a deep clean. Due to the warmer temperatures the sunroom was not useable so we were lacking any sort of “outdoor” space. We didn’t actually meet the hosts so can’t comment on them although Melanie was very timely with her responses. The location is a bit out of the main area of Campbell River but was still in an area to easily access shopping, restaurants etc if you have a car.
The only negative is that the bathroom and shower were a little small, otherwise, our hosts were very pleasant, helpful and friendly, and the accommodation was very clean, providing the facilities we needed and well located.
This was a quiet area in an older subdivision. The Queen bed was very comfortable. There were a few improvments that could have been made however, which I relayed to the owner. Overall we enjoyed our stay. I went for early morning walks up the street, which was lovely.
