This stunning estate is contemporary oceanfront villa combined with luxuriously appointed bedrooms and baths most with ocean views and outdoor balconies and patios to take in the beauty of the ocean panorama. With the entire Bahia de Banderas to the east and Los Arcos to the west the views are unparalleled and breathtaking.

Spacious entertainment areas and oceanfront terraces face an infinity pool and covered a dining area. Each of 6 Suites is a spacious master with seating area, large closets and dressing area, and large baths with shower or tub.

The BEACH CLUB – Your private sandy swimmable beach is just steps – (less than a minute walk) from your front door.

Exclusive South shore, oceanfront, gated community with private beach, heated pools, and hot tubs! Completed in 2010, Sierra del Mar at Los Arcos sets the standard for relaxation and sophistication in a private, oceanfront, low-density development of only 18 condominiums and eight villas only ten minutes south of the city center. This gorgeous Beach Club features a private beach, 180° ocean views, two amazing infinity pools, and an open-air deck with a restaurant/café. The staff at Sierra Del Mar makes you feel as if you are the only person there. Free Kayaks and Paddleboards are available for guest use, and the fully appointed gym is open to our guests after 10 AM daily.

The Neighborhood:
Have a larger group – We can assist – Villa Kismet, Villa Namaste and Casa Demae are all just a few feet apart and divided by our lush gardens on the oceanside, but each can be accessed via our walking path in less than a minute. Together we can accommodate up to 38 guests in 19 bedrooms between the three villas. Staffs at each villa work together to assure high level of service and can arrange for group functions. We are happy to host family reunions, small weddings, yoga retreats, spiritual retreats and corporate groups.
