Located above a sandy beach just South of Puerto Vallarta, and perched directly in front of the world-famous Los Arcos Nature Preserve, this oceanfront Estate garners some of the absolute best views in all of the bay. This Villa sleeps 16 comfortably and includes expansive bedrooms and shared spaces. Villa Nautica includes it's own signature chef, a private community beach club making this property feel like a resort except it is completely private to you and your party.

The artwork is hand-picked to reflect quality and is paired with high end furniture providing seating for your entire group and cutting edge electronics and appliances. The indoor areas are seamlessly connected with the outdoor terraces making the home flow into and even more spacious environment. This home is all about having a good time with the people who mean the most to you.

The formal dining area can seat twelve people comfortably with an additional dinning area alfresco and a breakfast bar in the kitchen to seat over 24 people. Wake up and walk outside to the main terrace taking in expansive views of Puerto Vallarta. There is an incredible free-form infinity pool that is directly above the ocean and comes equipped with lounge chairs and a bar.

Villa Nautica has access to a private beach club that includes a fabulous restaurant, bar, paddle boards, kayaks and a gym.

Pampered Paradise

We traveled to Mexico as a large extended family, with many picky eaters, opinionated travelers and custom needs. This house was unanimously approved by everyone. In fact, we all loved it so much, we'd like to repeat the trip next year! The house, pool and views are exquisite and perfectly maintained down to the smallest details. Pristine white furniture, lush pink flowers, hand-painted ceiling murals. The food was DELICIOUS. She accommodated 2 vegans, multiple allergies, and picky children. Aron took great care of us, spinning out poolside mango margaritas, milkshakes and guacamole all day long. The beach club access is a huge perk - easy to walk down and grab a paddleboard or kayak and head out into the gorgeous Mismaloya beach area. We loved our trip and can't wait to return!
