Ocean Views - Oh Yes

It had everything I needed, comfortable, homey, peaceful.. oh the bed was soo comfortable.My 2 pups luved exploring the back yard.... not to mention the walks to & along the beach. The beach is a stones throw away. Thankyou

Beautiful View

It is indeed a gorgeous view of the beach from the windows on the front. Only drawback is the lack of comfortable seating. The beds are very firm! So if you are looking for a softer sleep, this is not it! Property Manager was quick to respond to concerns and was very helpful. I recommend the location and the views!

Terrific view!

The view is absolutely amazing! The house is getting run down with minimal yard maintenance, spiders' webs on the outside furniture as well as Bird droppings, rusty bench frames and decoration. Inside needs some painting and a thorough clean (floors and windows). No wardrobe in main bedroom and a minimal number of clothes hangers in the second bedroom. No shelves in the shower to store soap, shampoo etc, the dining chairs are well worn, and the couch was adequate for two, but if you had four people staying, you would struggle to relax in the lounge room. The kitchen needs a little TLC, and some basic necessities were missing. A little welcome pack would make a great difference. We enjoyed the proximity of the Beach and shops and perhaps the best view we have ever had from a holiday rental. I would highly recommend that the owners stay there for a week, (be your own guest) just to realize what needs to be done to make it worth the fairly high fee that is being charged.

simply amazing vacation rental, truly peaceful tucked away, private location, while still being situated atop a hill which provides breathtaking views. Eat your dinner on the front porch and watch the light show :-) views from the lounge and the main bedroom jaw dropping and calming, lovely established little lush garden out the back, everything you could possibly need. loved it. thankyou Queenly :-)

Anthony, dinner on the front porch with the evening light show is exactly how that hilltop is meant to be enjoyed, and the views from the lounge and main bedroom really do carry the place. The quiet setting and the little back garden make it an easy spot to slow down in.

Love that this is a pet friendly place close to the beach with a beach view and is clean. Beds are a good size although a bit too firm for us. The kitchen is easy to use and there are plenty of utensils and cooking options. Heating and cooling and hot water are great. Shower is amazing! Towels great. Quilts great. Tv is excellent and good options for streaming. Washing machine and dishwasher are great and thanks for the power etc. Small improvement suggestions to lift it to perfect would be: A small coffee table near the couch A few more throw rugs or cushions during winter A mattress topper A mirror over the bathroom sink area so that hair drying and makeup is easier or maybe in one of the bedrooms.
