The property was very clean and comfortable to stay in. The house had everything we needed and more for the stay. We really enjoyed the river area and spent a good amount of time there. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Joshua, thank you so much for the great review. So glad you enjoyed the river and the house, we try to think of every need. Hope to see you all again.
The cottage has been updated and has all the modern amenities. It was designed and decorated beautifully. The outside covered patio next to the river is a wonderful place to enjoy coffee in the morning, visit with family, share a meal or enjoy a glass of wine.

A great weekend spot
This was the cutest house with a fully functioning and appliance stocked kitchen. My kids loved playing in the river and I enjoyed relaxing next to it. We would 100% return if we are ever in the area again.

We had an amazing time! The house is absolutely amazing! We enjoyed days by the river, playing in the water. And evenings roasting smores over the fire.
We can't wait to come back!

From the Owner: "Monica, I don't know how I missed your review, so sorry for this delay, but we enjoyed having you all visit our lovely river house. Yes, s'mores are great by the river, and relaxing does not get better than this. Hope you visit again soon, thank you."
Home is newly renovated and impeccably clean. Beautifully staged for our arrival. Great location for my family to attend Appalachian League baseball games locally. Quiet nights, days can be busier with the kayak business next door...or just join them for a ride down the river! Host is excellent, and would highly recommend this rental.
We had a wonderful stay, and the property has every amenity you could wish for! The interior is immaculate, Teresa communicated with us regularly to inquire about our needs or questions, and she even left us a tray full of snacks! The adjustable massage bed and walk-in-shower are incredible, and the home is just a few blocks away from downtown! Five Stars!! We will be back...soon!
