The property was very convenient, for those not interested in waiting in lines for elevators this is the place. I loved walking out the back door to the beach!

GREAT PLACE

Thank you so much David for sharing your home with us. We enjoyed being right across the street from Dusty's. My husband stayed there, while I layed on the beach or at the pool. This was a great 50th Birthday for my husband. The place was just right for the both of us. Plus we enjoyed all of your neighbors who owns a townhouse here. Great location, comfortable unit

The condo is plain but nice. The view and location is Amazing. The outside of the building is run down and not appealing, but the backside is landscaped nicely. The pool area across the road was not appealing. We were dissatisfied with the cleanliness. The bed had dirty bedsheets and smelly comforter and the floors were dirty and sandy. We bought sheets, blanket and a pillow for our stay. We traveled quite a distance and were too exhausted to complain. Overall though it was nice and would definitely stay again.

Million dollar View! Watched dolphins from the living room standing up. Room was nice, Pier was just a little walk away. Host had everything ready for us, easy check in & check out. If you want the beach and view, this is your spot. Thanks Dave!! Will be back

Great property. Short on towels did not like or because we called asking for more. Washing and drying cost $5 already had washed once. Had 4 towels, 2 hand towels, and 2 wash cloths. For 3 people and 4 nights.

Plus, we wanted to walk to Pier Park. Well, this was it, It has both !!!
